Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service ('Regulations') govern the use of the educational platform available at havenlyhome.com ('Platform'), provided by Havenly Home Solutions Inc., with its registered office at 665 King Street East, Hamilton, ON L8N 1E5, Canada ('Service Provider').
- These Regulations are intended for all users of the Platform and define the rules for registration, account usage, and the terms for using the services provided electronically by the Service Provider. All users are obligated to comply with these Regulations.
- Access to the Platform's content requires acceptance of these Regulations. By registering an account or using the Platform in any way, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Regulations.
§ 2. Definitions
- Platform – The online educational service operated by the Service Provider at the domain havenlyhome.com, offering courses and digital content.
- User – Any natural person with full legal capacity, or a legal entity, who registers an Account and uses the Services provided on the Platform.
- Account – A personalized section of the Platform assigned to a User, through which they can access the Services after logging in.
- Services – All services provided electronically by the Service Provider via the Platform, including access to courses, video materials, articles, and community forums.
- Regulations – This document, specifying the terms and conditions of using the Platform and its Services.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Service Provider offers both free and paid digital content services. Free services include access to selected introductory materials and newsletters. Paid services, available through subscription, include access to a full library of courses, advanced workshops, downloadable resources, and community features, as detailed on the Pricing page.
- To use the paid Services, the User must select a subscription plan and provide valid payment information. Fees are charged on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) as specified in the selected plan. The User authorizes the Service Provider to charge the applicable fees.
- The scope of services available to the User depends on the type of account and subscription plan purchased. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the content and scope of services offered within different plans at any time.
- All content provided on the Platform, including texts, graphics, videos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of this content is strictly prohibited.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
- To use the Platform correctly, the User must have a device with internet access and a modern, up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) with cookies and JavaScript enabled. The Service Provider is not responsible for malfunctions resulting from non-compliance.
- The User is responsible for ensuring the security of their device and the confidentiality of their login credentials (email and password).
- The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform, which may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical failures.
§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User
- The User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law, social norms, and these Regulations. The User must provide true and accurate data during registration and keep it updated. Creating an account with false information is prohibited.
- The User is solely responsible for all activities that occur under their Account. The User may not share their Account credentials with any third party. The Service Provider is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the User's failure to comply with this requirement.
- The User is prohibited from posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of third parties. This includes content shared in community forums or any other interactive part of the Platform. The Service Provider reserves the right to remove such content and suspend or terminate the User's Account.
- The User agrees not to use the Platform for any commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Service Provider. The license to use the content is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
- The User has the right to terminate their agreement with the Service Provider at any time by cancelling their subscription and/or deleting their Account. Cancellation of a subscription will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
§ 6. Final Provisions
- Any disputes arising from the provision of Services under these Regulations shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Hamilton, Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If any provision of these Regulations is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
